| 释义 | 國家水域 Segments of water lying within the baselines from which the territorial sea is measured. National waters include interior or inland waters such as ports, harbours, lakes, straits, rivers, bays, canals and gulfs. A coastal state enjoys absolute control and territorial sovereignty over its national waters and foreign states cannot claim innocent passage through national waters as a matter of right unless the baselines enclose an area as internal waters which has not previously been considered internal: United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982 art 8.
