释义	半秘密信託 A trust whose bare existence, but not its details, is disclosed in the legal document creating it, such as a will or trust instrument. In such a trust, the beneficiaries are known but not disclosed on the face of the legal document: Blackwell v Blackwell [1929] AC 318; Re Fleetwood (1880) 15 Ch D 594; Cullen v A-G for Ireland (1866) 14 WR 869. The doctrine of half secret trust is distinguished from the doctrine of incorporation by reference: Will of Doig [1916] VLR 698. Also known as ‘semi-secret trust’.
