释义	公司印章 The official seal of a company. It means the common seal of a company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) sch 1. From the date of incorporation stated in the certificate of incorporation, the company shall be a body corporate capable of having a common seal. Authentication of documents by a company need not be under its common seal if the documents are signed by a director, secretary or other authorised officer of the company: s 36. A contract made between private persons is by law required to be in writing and under seal, may be made on behalf of the company in writing under the common seal of the company: s 32(1)(a).
