| 释义 | 非法進境 Unauthorised entry into a country. It is an offence for a person who may not land in Hong Kong without the permission of an immigration officer or immigration assistant to land in Hong Kong without such permission: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 38(1)(a). To enter Hong Kong in whatever manner in defiance of a deportation order is a separate and distinct offence from illegal entry: HKSAR v Pham Ngoc Hue [2002] 2 HKC 542.
