释义	公約條款 An article of an international treaty or convention. In statutory interpretation, the provisions of an international treaty may be referred to as an aid in the interpretation of a relevant enactment, be it an ordinance that embodies provisions having the effect of the treaty; an ordinance stating the treaty itself to have effect as law; or an enactment to which the international obligation under the treaty is relevant and only so far as called for by the presumption that the legislature intends to comply with public international law.
