释义 | 罔顧後果的不關心 A lack of concern for the consequences which a person foresees as the probable consequence of his or her action. Reckless indifference is the requisite mental element for some offences. Reckless indifference to consequences is as blameworthy as deliberately seeking such consequences, thus an act performed in reckless indifference as to the outcome is sufficient to ground the tort in its second form: Tso Yung v Cheng Yeung Hing (HCPI 1509/2000, unreported).
