已登記海外公司
An overseas company that is registered under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) pt XI. This is a company incorporated outside Hong Kong but which is registered under the procedures provided in the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 333 because it established a place of business in Hong Kong. A register of overseas companies is kept by the Registrar of Companies. See also Overseas company.
在《公司條例》 (第32章) 第XI部下登記的海外公司。在香港以外的地方成立為法團，但由於在香港成立經營業務的地方，因而在《公司條例》(第32章) 第333條提供的程序下登記。海外公司的登記冊由公司註冊處保存。另見 Overseas company。 |
