| 释义 | 商業名稱登記冊 The register in each jurisdiction in which all firm names under which business, trades and professions are entered. Registration is required, under the Business Names legislation, for every person carrying on any business in any firm names. The public can request a business names search for a fee, which will reveal the requested name, address, place of business, and date the business commenced operation. In Hong Kong, the register of businesses is kept by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue: Business Registration Ordinance (Cap 310) s 6. A person may register a Chinese name, an English name or both a Chinese name and an English name under which the business is carried on: s 5.
