| 释义 | 大英帝國法律 Law passed by the United Kingdom parliament extending to the colonies of the British Empire. Hong Kong was formerly a British colony (1842-1997). During the colonial reign, Acts of Parliament could apply in Hong Kong by their own terms, by the terms of some other Acts, by the terms of an Order in Council or by the terms of a locally passed ordinance. For example, the Hong Kong Act 1985 was an imperial Act passed specifically for Hong Kong. As from 1 July 1997, upon the resumption of sovereignty by China, imperial Acts previously in force in Hong Kong ceased to apply in the Hong Kong SAR. 由英國國會通過而擴展至不列顛帝國殖民地、的法律。香港以往是英國的殖民地 (1842年至1997年)。在殖民地統治時期，國會法案可藉本身的條文、某些其他法案的條文、樞密院頒令的條文、或本地通過的法例條文，在香港實施。例如《1985年香港法令》是特別為香港通過的法令。由1997年7月1日起，自香港主權回歸中國後，以往在香港生效的英國法律均不再在香港實施。 |
