释义	資產負債狀況說明書 Where the court has made a winding-up order or appointed a provisional liquidator, a statement submitted to the provisional liquidator or liquidator in the prescribed form as to the affairs of the company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 190(1). It shows: (1) the particulars of the company’s assets, debts and liabilities; (2) the names, addresses and occupations of the company’s creditors; (3) the securities held by them respectively; (4) the dates when the securities were respectively given; and (5) such further or other information as may be prescribed or as the provisional liquidator or liquidator may require: s 190(1). The statement of affairs can only be drawn up by certain prescribed persons (s 190(2)) and may be used in evidence against any person making or concurring in making the statement (s 190(5)); Re Li Tat Kong [2000] 3 HKC 360.
