| 释义 | 寄養父母 A person who is recruited by the Central Foster Care Unit of the Social Welfare Department or a non-governmental welfare organisation to provide temporary care for a child on a voluntary and non-charging basis: Rehabilitation of Offenders Ordinance (Cap 297) s 1A. The protection of rehabilitated individual shall affect the requirement of any evidence relating to a conviction in any proceedings in the consideration of an application as a foster parent: s 3(2)(aa).
