| 释义 | 間接取得 An acquisition made through an agent, nominee or trustee; any form of acquisition in an indirect way, including the interposition of a wholly-owned subsidiary. Where a person authorises another (the agent) to acquire, on his behalf, interests in shares comprised in the relevant share capital of a listed company he must secure that the agent notifies him immediately of acquisitions effected by the agent which will or may give rise to any statutory duty of disclosure imposed on him with respect to his interest in that share capital: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 321.
