| 释义 | 臨時接管人 A person appointed by a court to take control of the property of a debtor before a sequestration order is made. Where it is shown to be necessary to protect the debtor’s property, the court may, at any time after the presentation of a bankruptcy petition and before a bankruptcy order is made, appoint the Official receiver to be interim receiver of the debtor’s property and direct the Official Receiver to take immediate possession of such property: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 13; Bankruptcy Rules (Cap 6A) rr 61–65.
