| 释义 | 學習駕駛執照 A driver’s licence granted, for a prescribed period, to an applicant who has not previously held a licence. A learner’s licence is subject to more onerous conditions than a driver’s licence. Once a provisional licence has been held for a prescribed period, the holder may apply for an open licence: The Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations (Cap 374B) reg 12.
