释义	自然愛與感情 Goodwill towards or an emotional attachment to another person, particularly that of a parent to his or her children. The assignment of property can be expressed to be in consideration of the assignor’s natural love and affection for the assignees: Yue Pei Mei v Tsang Hau Chung & Anor [1986] HKC 257. It is sufficient to rebut the presumption of a resulting trust, or to defeat a claim of fraudulent conveyance, and is sometimes called ‘good’ as distinguished from ‘valuable’ consideration: Re Eykyn’s Trusts (1877) 6 Ch D 115. However, it is not valuable consideration in the eyes of the law to give rise to a contract: Tweddle v Atkinson (1861) 1 B & S 393.
