释义	契諾的負擔 In relation to land, a restriction or obligation imposed on the land by a covenant for the benefit of other land. Subject to exceptions in relation to positive covenants, the burden of a covenant would generally be enforceable by successors in title of the covenantee if the burden of the covenant relating to the use or enjoyment of land is expressed or intended to run with the land of the covenantor: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 41. In the case of a unit in a multi-storey building this will be the deed of mutual covenant.
