| 释义 | 虛假的指定受益 Where a person with the power to appoint property, real or personal, amongst a limited class of persons, appoints to one of that group a nominal share only. An appointment looks like an appointment but gives the appointee nothing. An appointment that ‘makes game of’ and gives in name only: Re Capon’s Trusts (1879) 10 Ch D 484.
