An environmental impact assessment report under the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (Cap 499) refers to a document or a series of documents that provides a detailed assessment of the likely environmental impacts and environmental benefits of the project in quantitative terms: Technical Memorandum on Environmental Impact Assessment Process s 4.1.
