| 释义 | 服務 1. Assistance or accommodation from one person to another. 2. Any rights, benefits, privileges, or facilities provided in trade and commerce. It extends to services in relation to real, personal and intellectual property. Specifically included in the definition are rights conferred under a contract for: the performance of work, although not under employment contracts; the provision of gas or electricity or other forms of energy; the provision of, or use of facilities for entertainment, recreations, or instruction; and the conferring of rights for which payment is made in the form of royalty.
