| 释义 | 經審核副本 A copy of a document which a witness swears he has compared with the original (or with what the officer of the court having custody of the original or any other person read as the contents of the original) and swears is a correct copy: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 12, Evidence [175.143]. The examination may be made either by one person reading both the original and the copy, or by two persons. It is necessary for each person to alternately read both the original and the copy. Examined copies are admissible in evidence in all cases where the original is a public document, and in many other cases where such copies are made admissible by statute: Evidence Ordinance (Cap 8) s 18. Also known as ‘Marked copy’. 某證人經宣誓他／她已與原文（或與法庭人員保管的原文或任何其他人視作原文內容閱讀的原文）比較的文件副本，並宣誓該副本屬正確副本：Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, 第12冊，證據，第[175.143]段。可由一名已閱讀原文及副本的人士或兩名人士作出審核。各人須交替閱讀原文及副本。如原文屬公共性質的文件，則經審核的副本在任何案件均屬可獲接納的證據，此外，法規亦就此等副本可在很多其他案件可獲接納為證據的情況訂定條文：《證據條例》（第 8章）第18條。另稱「註明的副本」。 |
