| 释义 | 非法組合 An agreement by two or more persons to do an unlawful act, or to do a lawful act by unlawful means: Mogul Steamship Co v McGregor, Gow Co [1892] AC 25. In relation to tort of conspiracy, a combination wilfully to damage a man in his trade is unlawful, however, where lawful means are used to injure, damages for injury to feelings or reputation cannot be claimed in the absence of any pecuniary loss: Crofter Hand Woven Harris Tweed Co Ltd v Veitch [1942] AC 435, 1 All ER 142 (HL).
