| 释义 | 1947年關稅及貿易總協定烏拉圭回合 The eighth round of trade negotiations conducted under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1947 (GATT). Previous rounds resulted in agreements on codes of conduct in respect of subsidies and countervailing duties, government procurement, customs valuations, standards, import licensing, and anti-dumping measures. The Uruguay Round was launched at Punta del Este in Uruguay during 1986. The round embraced merchandise trade and agriculture as well as trade in services.
