| 释义 | 綜合險保險 A form of insurance policy designed to cover every conceivable loss that might occur of an accidental or fortuitous nature as distinct from those which have been specifically enumerated: London & Provincial Leather Processes Ltd v Hudson [1939] 3 All ER 857, 2 KB 724. All risks insurance does not cover claims arising, for example, from fraudulent acts of the insured, or by wear and tear, or events that are inevitable: British & Foreign Marine Insurance Co Ltd v Gaunt [1921] 2 AC 41. The onus of proof rests upon the plaintiff to prove the loss was covered by the policy’s general term: British & Foreign Marine Insurance Co Ltd v Gaunt, supra.
