| 释义 | 信託受益人 OF – one who trusts. Pl – cestuis que trustent. A beneficiary. A person for whose benefit a trust is created. A cestui que trust has a substantial enjoyment of the equitable interest of the trust property: Hardoon v Belilios [1901] AC 118, 26 LQR 196. A mere refusal to sue on the part of a trustee does not entitle a cestui que trust to sue in his own name: Meldrum v Scorer (1887) 56 LT 471; Hayim v Citibank NA [1987] 2 HKC 1.
