释义 | 奴隸制度 Generally, the practice of subordinating persons to the control or ownership of others, somewhat in the nature of property, usually accompanied with forced labour. No one shall be held in slavery; slavery and the slave-trade in all their forms shall be prohibited: Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance (Cap 383) s 8 art 4(1); International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966 art 8(1).
