分配 1.A distribution or apportionment. 2. A separate parcel of land. Corporations - The acceptance by a company of an offer by an applicant (allottee) to take a certain number of shares, and the appropriation by the company of these shares to the allottee. An allotment of shares under an offer made pro rata is usually executed through a director’s resolution under the company’s constitution: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 57B. The apportionment of a land usually with buildings erected into equal undivided shares, and the allocation of which to the respective units of those buildings. Allotment may be effected and evidenced by a deed of mutual covenant or through the first assignment of each unit: Goldjet International Investment Ltd v Ling Ki Wai & Ors [1997] 3 HKC 503 (HC). 2. A separate parcel of land defined by metes and bounds on a plan deposited with a survey office or title register. 3. The equivalent of a site: R v Building Regulations Committee [1970] VR 214 (SCV).
