| 释义 | 合約履行地法 Lat – the law of the place of performance. The lex loci solutionis is the law of the jurisdiction where a contract is to be performed, or payment under the contract is to be made: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 7, Conflict of Laws [100.050]. If performance is illegal under the law of the place of performance, the contract will not be enforced: De Beeche & Ors v The South American Stores (Gath and Chaves) Ltd and The Chilian Stores (Gath and Chaves) Ltd [1935] AC 148 (HL).
