| 释义 | 機器複製品 A duplicate generated by a device that performs a task and is operated mechanically, or electronically. The copying of the work is an act restricted by the copyright. If a machine copy is also a physical duplication of a copyright work, then this act is prohibited under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 23(1). It also means a copy made of a document by any machine whereby an image of the contents of the document is reproduced from surface contact with the document or by the use of photo-sensitive material other than transparent photographic film: Evidence Ordinance (Cap 8) s 41. 由機械的或電子的自動執行任務裝置所產生的複本。複製作品的作為受版權限制。假如機器複製品亦為版權作品的實物複製，《版權條例》（第528章）第23（1）條禁止這樣的作為。機器複製品亦指藉任何機器透過與文件表面的接觸或藉使用感光物料(透明攝影軟片除外)複製文件內容的影像而製成的文件副本：《證據條例》（第8章）第41條。 |
