| 释义 | 人工受孕 A medical procedure by which a child is conceived through non-natural means, including artificial insemination and embryo implantation. The woman who is carrying or has carried a child as a result of the placing in her of an embryo or of sperm and eggs, and no other woman, is to be regarded as the mother of the child: Parent and Child Ordinance (Cap 429) s 9(1). Her husband or her male partner shall be regarded as the father of the child provided certain conditions have been satisfied: s 10.
