释义	失去職位的補償 A benefit given to a director who retires from, or is removed from, the position of director of a company. It is unlawful for the company to make to any director or past director of the company any payment by way of compensation for loss of office or a benefit for his retirement from the office unless such payment has been disclosed to the members of the company and approved by the company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) ss 163, 163A, 163B.
