| 释义 | 使用和佔有（的訴訟） An action brought by a landlord against a tenant for profits of the land where there has been no demise by deed: for example, Xipho Development Co Ltd v St Clare Corp Ltd & Ors (CACV 168/97, unreported). An action for use and occupation may also be maintained, during holding over period, against a tenant holding over after a lease by deed has expired.
